The Education Coordinator is responsible to the Head Start Director/Associate Head Start Director for the development and implementation of an Early Childhood Development program. The Coordinator is responsible for the professional development of all Head Start teaching staff, assuring that the Education component complies with the Head Start Performance Standards, the Alabama Minimum Standards for Day Care Licensing, the CSP Head Start and Early Head Start Policies and Procedures, and the Agency’s Administrative Procedures and Personnel Policies.
