The position is responsible for the delivery of social service programs to eligible individuals and families in the specific county during the funding period for utility assistance programs. The programs consist of, but are not limited to: Meals on Wheels, Crisis Intervention, Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, Weatherization, ABC Trust, referrals and follow-ups. Responsible for one-on-one counseling and identifying needs of the customer.
